Our favourite night of the week.
Open Mic Monday has become one of Pub 36’s strongest nights, and it is the one the room looks forward to most. The marble bar stays a pub, but the crowd makes space for whoever steps up.
Bring what you play
Acoustic songs, original material, familiar covers, strings and spoken word all have a place in the lineup.
Or just take a seat
The room is for listeners too. Come for dinner or a drink, stay for a set, and give each performer a proper audience.

A Hamilton open mic that still feels like a pub night.
Monday is the live-performance night at Pub 36. It is built around local people sharing something in a room that pays attention—not around a touring bill or a formal stage show.
Pub 36 is at Hess and George in Hess Village. The full kitchen and bar are available through the night, and standard table reservations can be made online.
